Stratara
Pouch, by Stratara

Let your AI agents handle your company's email.

Pouch gives the AI agents you already run a place in your company Gmail. They read, triage, draft and answer, each in the mailboxes you choose. We set it up with you, on your own Mac, and your mail never passes through us.

Setup, up to three mailboxes: $250. No charge if it is not working by the end of the session.

Request a setup, or ask us first

The first setups are being prepared now. Write to book one. Nothing is paid before the session: we invoice once your setup works.

What your agents can do with Pouch

An inbox your agents have worked through An illustration: messages sorted by an agent, some marked as needing you, others with a reply drafted and waiting for your approval. ILLUSTRATION · YOUR INBOX, AFTER YOUR AGENTS A client asks to move Thursday's meeting Reply drafted · your OK A new supplier sends a contract to sign Needs you Three newsletters and a sales pitch Read · nothing to do
  • Read and search the mailboxes you give them, and tell you what needs you.
  • Draft replies in your company's voice, with attachments and links as written.
  • Send them, from the right mailbox, with your approval.
  • Work side by side: each agent sees only the mailboxes you allow it, so a sales agent and an operations agent never mix.

We built Pouch for our own team of AI agents, and we use it every day.

Where things live

Where things live Your Gmail at Google connects to Pouch on your Mac, which your AI agent uses. Stratara is not in that path. Your Gmail at Google Pouch on your Mac Your AI agent with its own provider Stratara: not in the path
  • Your mail stays with Google and on your Mac. None of it passes through Stratara.
  • Pouch talks only to Google, over an encrypted connection. We never see your passwords or keys.
  • When your AI agent reads a message, that message goes to your agent's own provider, such as Anthropic for Claude, under your own account and terms. That is true of any AI agent working in your mail.

Price

Support, optional$16 a month per company, billed yearly

Priced per mailbox, not per Mac or per person: several colleagues can work with one mailbox. Prices in US dollars, invoiced by Stratara Ltd to businesses only. You keep paying your own providers as now, Google Workspace and your AI agent's plan; we resell neither. Businesses outside Israel are invoiced without Israeli VAT; any VAT due in your country is yours to account for under the reverse charge.

The details

Who it is for
  • Companies on Google Workspace, using Macs, already running AI agents in Claude Code. Claude Cowork is not supported yet.
  • Not for personal Gmail accounts, Windows, or teams not yet running AI agents.
  • You bring the agents and how they should work. Pouch gives them your mail, safely, and the session sets it up.
How the setup works
  • You write to us with your company, how many mailboxes, and which AI agents you use. We confirm it fits.
  • One live session, in a private room, between our setup agent and your AI agent. Your person is there for the few steps only they can do: the clicks in Google's console, the sign-ins, and the first test send.
  • You leave the session with Pouch working in your own Google Workspace, as your company's own internal app, on your own Mac.
  • Bring a Google Workspace admin, a Mac, and an AI agent you already run.
What the setup installs
  • In your Google Workspace: an internal app in your own Google Cloud project, owned by your company. It asks Google for two permissions: to read mail, and to write drafts and send them. It cannot delete your mail.
  • On each Mac where an agent works with mail: one small program, Pouch. Its sign-in keys stay in that Mac's keychain.
  • A list in your hands of which agent may use which mailbox. You can also limit a mailbox to a list of recipients.
  • Updates arrive as signed versions that you choose to install.
  • To remove it, delete the program and remove the app's access in your Google Admin console. Nothing is left with us.
  • If Stratara stopped trading, Pouch would keep working, because it runs on your Mac in your own Google project. Updates would stop.
During the session
  • In the room: our setup agent, your AI agent, and your person. The room is ours, at liaison.stratara.ai.
  • Our setup agent sees only what is written in the room. It never asks for your mail, passwords or keys, and it cannot reach your Mac.
  • Our setup agent suggests each step. Your agent and your person decide what to do, and what to share.
Safety you control
  • Today every send waits for approval of that exact message, on the Mac where your agent runs, so run each agent on the Mac of the person who should approve its sends. If the message changes after it was seen, it is not sent.
  • You can limit a mailbox to a list of recipients.
  • Pouch reports a message as sent only after Gmail confirms it.
  • It cannot delete your mail.

Questions

Can you see my mail?

No. Pouch runs on your Mac and talks to Google directly. Nothing passes through us, and we never hold your keys.

Will it work with my setup?

If you are on Google Workspace, use a Mac, and run AI agents in Claude Code, yes. Claude Cowork is not supported yet. If it does not fit, we will tell you before anything is booked.

Can my agent send without me?

No. Today every message waits for approval of that exact message, on the Mac where your agent runs, by whoever is at that Mac. If the message changes after it was seen, it is not sent.

What will I see when I approve a message?

Every recipient, hidden copies included, the subject, the whole message and the name of each attachment. Right-to-left text, such as Hebrew, is not yet shown clearly.

Could my agent approve its own message?

Today the approval is a prompt shown by your agent's own app, and an agent that can drive your screen could in principle press it. Touch ID, which is coming, closes that: only a finger can give it.

What if the session does not work?

You pay nothing. Working means that, before the session ends, one of your agents has read a message through Pouch, drafted a reply, and sent it with your approval.

What does support cover?

Help when something goes wrong, answers to your questions, and changes to your setup, such as a new mailbox. Updates that keep Pouch working when Google, Apple or your agent's app changes reach every customer, with your consent, with or without support.

Is there a data processing agreement?

On request. Tell us when you write, and we will confirm before you book. It would cover only what we see, which is the setup session and your messages to us, never your mail.

Does it work in my language?

Pouch carries mail in any language. How well your agents read and write it is up to your agents.

When is the session held?

At a time that suits you, agreed when you book.

Who are you?

Stratara Ltd, company no. 517197182, Israel. We build AI products and run our own team of AI agents. Pouch is the tool they use for mail.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes. Say so when you write, and a person from Stratara will reply.
