Sub-processors Used for POTUS

This page lists the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that process personal data on behalf of Stratara Ltd in connection with the POTUS presidential simulation game.

We only use sub-processors where they are necessary to deliver, secure, and improve POTUS. We do not use advertising networks or third-party marketing analytics SDKs for POTUS.

1. Infrastructure & Platform Services

Supabase, Inc.

Role: Authentication, database, storage, and edge functions. Also sends magic-link and account emails on our behalf.

Data processed:

Locations: European Union and/or United States (data may be stored and processed in these regions depending on deployment).

2. Voice Infrastructure

ElevenLabs, Inc.

Role: Real-time voice infrastructure for advisor calls (speech recognition and synthesis).

Data processed:

Locations: Primarily United States (may use additional regions as described in their policy).

Notes: ElevenLabs may retain audio for a limited period (currently up to 90 days) under its own data-use terms. Stratara configures account-level settings to limit reuse where possible, but ElevenLabs' own privacy policy also applies.

3. AI Model Providers

We use several AI model providers via API to analyze transcripts, generate advisor responses, create narrative events, news articles and images, and produce end-of-scenario summaries. These providers receive game content (such as text from your in-game conversations and scenario context) but not your email address or direct contact information.

Groq, Inc.

Role: Primary text model provider for call analysis and advisor text responses.

Data processed: Text derived from your in-game speech and messages, plus relevant game context.

Locations: United States (and any additional regions described in their policy).

OpenAI, L.L.C.

Role: Fallback and supplementary large-language-model (LLM) provider for certain narrative and analysis features.

Data processed: Text derived from in-game conversations and context.

Locations: United States and other regions as described in OpenAI's documentation.

Anthropic PBC

Role: LLM provider for narrative generation and end-of-scenario summaries.

Data processed: Text derived from in-game conversations and context.

xAI Corp.

Role: LLM provider for certain world-progression and narrative features (Grok models).

Data processed: Text derived from in-game conversations and context.

Role: Image generation for in-game news and summary visuals.

Data processed: Text prompts derived from game context and AI summaries (not your email or contact details).

4. Services We Do Not Use for POTUS

For POTUS, we do not use:

Any analytics and telemetry for POTUS are collected and processed using our own infrastructure (primarily Supabase) as described above.

5. Changes to This List

We may add, remove, or replace sub-processors as POTUS evolves. When we do so, we will:

If a change materially affects your rights or how your personal data is processed, we will also reflect it in our Privacy Policy and, where required by law, notify you directly or in the app.
